An overview of the principles of Total Quality Management

In the phrase "quality control", the term "quality" does not have a general meaning of "best" in an absolute sense. Quality means "the most suitable for the requirements of a certain customer". These requirements are: a. the actual use of the product; b. the selling price of the product.

In the phrase "quality control", the term "control" denotes a management tool consisting of four steps: a. setting of quality standards;
